Since March 2021, I am the decentralized women’s representative at the Helmholtz Zentrum für Kulturtechnik. In this role, I advise on all issues related to equal opportunities and the advancement of women, as well as in cases of discrimination and bullying. The basis of my work is mutual respect and absolute confidentiality. I see myself as a representative for the concerns and interests of all women at the HZK and in this sense I am looking forward to your suggestions, questions and hints on all related topics.
