Heike Kampe has been working in science communication at the Helmholtz-Zentrum für Kulturtechnik since February 2024.
She studied biology at the Technische Universität Dresden and specialised journalism at the Freie Journalistenschule Berlin and worked as a freelance science journalist from 2010 to 2023. During this time, she mainly wrote texts on scientific topics for university and non-university research institutions.
In addition to her work at the HZK, she has been a member of the Department of Communication and Media at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin since April 2023, specialising in the Berlin University Alliance.
